Every parents must know the proper approach in disciplining their child/ children, at early stage parents must take noticed of their child/children wrong behavior and correct it right away to emphasize the child/children not to repeat it again, this is the fundamental year wherein child needs to be motivated. Parents must consider also the personality of the nanny/ babysitter/carer for your child/children will be hands on to them whenever you're away. The nanny/ babysitter/carer must have the proper attitude and values, soft-spoken, neat ( no body piercing, tattoos, heavy make-ups, dark nail polished) too skimpy clothes not a drinker nor a smoker. He/ she must have a strong rapport with child/children. Parents must coordinate with the person that deals with your child/children so you can talked over how is his/her management, You must both agree to have same rules and guidelines in implementing to a child/children so not to confused them. Because what a child/children learn while they are young, they'll carry most of the traits originated from this early developmental stage.
