Here's the Key To Consider in Losing Weight Naturally
1. Never Skip Meal - It's a wrong connotation that it will help you in losing your weight in this process you're just decreasing your body metabolic rate and you body will fall to "starvation mode" so in your next meal there's a tendency that you might overeating, your body will compensate the low calories and it will hold on to the fats and burn the lean muscle instead.
2. Eat The Right Amount of Food - always pay attention to what you eat, eat just right, don't overeating, eat at least the three major meal of the day. Follow the food guide, make sure your body take the proper nutrition found in food pyramid. Once you have taken the three major meal of the day, you may take light meals in between like crackers, fruits etc.
3. Avoid Excessive Content - stay away from excessive salt and sugar and excessive fats, but never strip off totally the fats in your food, just take low a fats content, because our body needs to be fuel without fats we will get tired easily and it will affect our performance.
4. Take Time in Eating You Food - Take at 20 minutes to finish each major meal you'll have. Make it a habit to chew slowly your food well before swallowing it.

5. Sit up for 15 minutes max/ day.
